What we're looking for

We are looking for a person passionate about Artificial Intelligence, with the ability to combine technological vision, business orientation, and communication skills, capable of driving AI adoption in the organization and converting new opportunities into real solutions for users.

An analytical, curious person with an innovative mindset, capable of continuous learning, sharing knowledge, and driving change through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Someone who enjoys bringing Artificial Intelligence closer to users, facilitating its adoption, and generating real impact in the organization.

Main duties and requirements.

University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or similar technical degrees such as Engineering or Telecommunications.
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in positions related to generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, or the implementation of AI solutions.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, both in the use of Copilot Chat and in the creation and configuration of agents through Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Experience or knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning platforms and solutions, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Knowledge of automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, or equivalent solutions.
Ability to identify AI application opportunities, analyze business needs, and translate them into viable solutions.

What you'll do

You will drive the adoption of AI tools and new ways of working throughout the organization.

You will create resources, best practices, and materials that facilitate the autonomous and secure use of AI.
You will lead training, evangelization, and support sessions to accelerate the adoption of these capabilities.
You will collaborate with business teams and specialists to identify, design, and deploy new Artificial Intelligence use cases.
You will translate functional needs into viable solutions, defining requirements, data, integrations, and success metrics.
You will stay up to date with the most innovative market trends, evaluating new tools and technologies applicable to the insurance sector.
