At TBWA-DDB Madrid we are looking for a Project Manager with experience in Digital Production, to work for a major brand within a multidisciplinary team.
What you'll do
- You will work with the different team profiles (creatives, UX, developers, content, data...) to plan, coordinate, and execute various projects.
- You will have direct communication with the Scrums for the projects and assets you manage, maintaining a close and daily relationship, from gathering requirements to reporting and post-launch follow-up. You will also communicate with all possible partners and departments involved in the different projects.
- You will centralize all necessary information, participating in meetings, creating external briefings, managing queries, and reviewing all deliverables.
- You will make estimations of project scope, budgets if necessary, and handle planning and prioritization based on defined objectives.
- You will coordinate the work of the digital production team, agreeing on prioritization and planning with the scrum teams, and performing detailed task tracking to ensure the quality and deadlines of digital deliverables, whether they are small or large pieces.
