Solid experience in Java.
Proficiency with Eclipse or similar environments.
Knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Experience with microservices based on hexagonal architecture.

Develop, design, and evolve high-complexity solutions with full autonomy, ensuring scalability, resilience, performance, security, and regulatory compliance; translate business needs into robust technical designs; lead technical decisions, govern engineering standards, and act as a technical reference.

We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer with proven experience in developing complex solutions and a strong focus on modern architecture. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and evolving critical platforms, ensuring the scalability, resilience, performance, and security of the systems. Additionally, they will act as a technical reference within the team, leading key decisions and governing engineering standards.

What you'll do

Main duties and requirements.

Develop, design, and evolve high-complexity solutions with full autonomy.
Translate business needs into robust and scalable technical designs.
Ensure solutions meet resilience, performance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Lead technical decisions and define engineering standards.
Act as a technical reference and mentor for other developers.
Ensure software quality, proper code structure, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, product, QA, operations).
