Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience: Profile with experience in building works or industrial assembly (highly valued in concrete precast or similar installations).

OHS Training: Possess the necessary and approved course to be able to act as a Preventive Resource on site (60-hour Basic Level for Construction or Metal).

Mobility (Essential): Total availability to travel during the week according to the needs of the different projects.

Competencies: Proactive, organized person, with technical leadership capacity and being resolute on the ground.

The role

The person to be incorporated will be in charge of the following tasks on site:

What you'll do

Supervision of works and preventive resource functions, guaranteeing safety in the working environment.

Operational support in the assembly of concrete precast and GRP structures.

Provide direct support to the Site Manager in the day-to-day of the project.

Review measurements on site.

Anticipate operational problems and work to minimize execution deadlines.

Detect needs and propose appropriate constructive solutions.

Direct support in the organization of works, coordinating both own personnel and subcontractors.
