Requirements
What we're looking for
A dynamic person with initiative and experience in personnel management and customer service is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Experience in maintenance incident management.
Nice to have
Experience in Telefónica platforms (E-AGORA, GAOM, MAPA...) for the processing and management of claims is highly valued.
Education & certifications
- Vocational Training, Intermediate or Higher Degree in Electricity, administrative, or similar.

The role
From an important company in the infrastructure sector, we are looking for a Telephone Incident Dispatcher - Valladolid (m/f) for tasks involving the attention and management of notices and incidents received from various clients.

The tasks to be developed will be the reception of calls and claims, their management, and referral to the corresponding Department for the repair and rectification of incidents.
