The position will consist of the analysis and evaluation of the internal processes executed in the service provided to the client (Real Estate Sector), with the objective of detecting those findings that imply inappropriate risk management, as well as proposing recommendations and developing action plans, in collaboration with the business areas, thereby reinforcing the control environment and enterprise risk management.

The development of functions will be carried out taking into account the necessary independence as part of the third line.

Among others, the following may be carried out:

• Planning and execution of the annual Internal Audit plan, based on risks.
• Continuous interlocution and communication with the different business areas to understand the effectiveness of the processes, as well as their associated controls, and to perform their analysis.
• Execute internal audits, ensuring the applicable professional methodology and standards for enterprise risk management.
• Carrying out work programs on the audited processes included in the annual plan, as well as reports of conclusions.
• Fieldwork. Obtaining and evaluating necessary evidence.

• Flexibility/teleworking one day a week

Demonstrable previous experience of at least 1 year in Internal Audit positions, enterprise risk management, quality management, consulting, or similar.
