The role

At Embention, we have been driven since 2007 by a clear mission: Enabling drones to populate our skies.

We provide more than 700 customers in 70 countries including internationally renowned companies such as Toyota, Amazon Prime Air, and Honda with Veronte autopilots, critical avionics, and software for their professional drones and eVTOLs. All our systems are developed in accordance with DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160 standards, making us the only company in the sector certified by AESA and EASA as both a POA and APDOA.

The core of our company lies in our R&D team, made up of over 100 multidisciplinary engineers. Together with the rest of the organization, we are a team of 180 professionals united by a single goal: to innovate and push the boundaries of UAV technology.

Following a record-breaking 2025 marked by strong stock market performance, the launch of industrial production in the United Arab Emirates, and the establishment of a subsidiary in the United States, we are looking to continue expanding our team and driving continuous R&D development.

The future of autonomous aviation depends on more than just technology. It also requires advancing the regulations, standards, and strategic relationships that make its development possible.

That's why we're looking for a Strategic Aviation Partnerships Lead to connect technology, regulation, and strategy, representing Embention among the key players in the aviation industry.

What you'll do

Represent Embention before aviation authorities, standardization bodies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders, building strategic relationships and actively contributing to the development of regulations and standards for autonomous aviation.

As part of the Business Development team, you will play a key role in representing our technological and regulatory interests internationally.

This is not a traditional sales role. We're looking for someone who can engage with key industry stakeholders, understand their priorities, and advocate for proposals that facilitate the development, certification, and integration of our aviation systems.

  • Represent Embention in meetings and initiatives involving organizations such as EASA, EUROCAE, JARUS, the FAA, and other relevant aviation authorities and industry bodies.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with authorities, industry associations, regulatory bodies, and international organizations.
  • Actively participate in working groups, technical committees, and industry events, promoting Embention's perspective.
  • Identify opportunities to influence the development of new regulations and standards related to UAVs, avionics, and autonomous systems.
  • Promote partnerships and joint initiatives with public and private organizations.
  • Monitor developments in aviation regulations and assess their impact on our products and technologies.
  • Work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Certification teams to define and communicate Embention's technical and regulatory priorities.
