The role
Join our team as a Production Supervisor 4th Shift!
Manage the production and personnel of the slicing room, ensuring compliance with quality standards, food safety, and productive efficiency, detecting deviations and promoting continuous improvement. At Embutidos Monells S.A., we want you to join our team so we can continue growing together.
What you'll do
Manage and coordinate the daily production of the slicing room, ensuring compliance with the established planning.
Supervise the availability of packaging materials necessary for production.
Detect, communicate, and record process or product incidents, issuing the corresponding non-conformities.
Collect, analyze, and report production indicators (OEE, shrinkage, consumption), guaranteeing compliance with manufacturing standards.
Manage and optimize production shrinkage, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Coordinate and lead the room personnel, including team organization and the training of new hires.
Collaborate with the Quality and R&D departments in the definition and improvement of process and product standards.
