Housekeeping Manager

We are currently looking for a HOUSEKEEPER for our Bouco Meco Center (Madrid), whose functions will be:

- Organize, distribute, and coordinate dining room or pantry, laundry, linen, and cleaning services.

- Supervise the activity of the workers under their charge, distribute the activities and shifts of the people assigned to them, and also monitor the proper use and economy of the materials, equipment, tools, and machinery under their charge. Proceed with the counting and inventory of these.

- Ensure the supply and storage of cleaning products within the assigned budgets.

- Ensure the preparation and maintenance of the cleaning staff's carts, the review of cleaning products, and compliance with safety regulations.

- Conceive, organize, and enforce clean and dirty circuits.

- Ensure the supply of linen and tableware for the center.

- Make work uniforms available to the staff.

- Ensure the proper functioning of the laundry equipment and its maintenance in collaboration with the maintenance staff.

- In coordination with the kitchen department, take responsibility for the smooth running of the dining service, meal distribution, control of dietary regimes, special services, setup, cleaning, and clearing of service.

- In coordination with the nursing staff and utilizing the staff assigned to them, maintain control over the good condition of the food that residents have in their rooms.

- In centers where meals are provided through third-party contracts, collaborate in the preparation of menus and supervise the sanitary conditions of the facilities and the food served.

- Monitor the compliance of the professional duties of the staff under their charge, as well as their hygiene and uniformity.

- Vocational Training (Grado Medio) in Hospitality and Tourism or similar.

- Experience as a hotel or residence housekeeper, cleaning protocols, and/or laundry.

- Organizational and problem-solving capacity, proactivity and communication skills, high level of empathy and responsibility. High orientation toward quality and service provision to our clients.

- Hiring is subject to the provision of a negative certificate from the Central Registry of Sexual Offenders and Human Trafficking and to compliance with the requirements established in the Second Additional Provision of Law 4/2026.
