Housekeeping Attendant

• Perform the daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas in accordance with company standards and procedures

• Prepare and service guest rooms for new arrivals, ensuring an impeccable presentation and readiness at all times

• Replenish bed linens, towels, guest amenities, and other required supplies

• Inspect the general condition of rooms and facilities, reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or operational concerns promptly

• Handle cleaning products, equipment, and materials responsibly, following all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Comply with company policies regarding occupational health and safety, environmental sustainability, and operational procedures

• Work closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience

• Maintain a professional, discreet, and detail-oriented approach in all interactions and duties

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities consistent with the position, professional level, and area of expertise as assigned by Management

• Provide flexible support in response to new operational, strategic, or organizational needs that may arise within the hotel or group

• Actively contribute to the evolution and success of the project, adapting to the changes associated with pre-opening, growth, and consolidation phases

• Ensure compliance with the cleaning, presentation, and image standards defined by the company

• Maintain a professional, discreet, and detail-oriented attitude at all times

• Collaborate closely with the Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure an excellent guest experience

• Support the operational needs of the department and the hotel, adapting to business priorities

• Collaborate flexibly with new operational, strategic, or organizational needs that may arise in the development of the hotel's or group's activities

• Actively contribute to the evolution of the project, adapting to the changes inherent to the pre-opening, growth, and consolidation phases

• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Basic communication skills in Spanish; knowledge of English or other languages will be considered an advantage

• Valid work permit for the EU / Spain
