As a Housekeeping Attendant at ARTHEM Madrid, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and order of the rooms, thereby ensuring the maximum satisfaction of our guests. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of previous experience in similar positions within the hotel sector, with a deep knowledge of cleaning and disinfection techniques, as well as the quality standards that characterize ARTHEM Hotels.

• Perform the daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned rooms, including changing bed linen, replenishing amenities, and removing dust and dirt.
• Ensure the correct presentation of the rooms, taking care of even the smallest detail to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for the guest.
• Clean and maintain the hotel's common areas (hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairs, etc.) in perfect condition.
• Manage the inventory of cleaning products and amenities, reporting replenishment needs.
• Comply with the safety and hygiene protocols established by the company and current regulations.
• Inform the Reception or Maintenance department about any incidents or defects detected in the rooms or common areas.
• Collaborate with the rest of the housekeeping team to guarantee an efficient and coordinated service.
• Attend to special guest requests related to room service.
