We are looking to hire a 24x7 Systems Analyst to join our Support and Services Center, providing support to the various clients and services managed by the company.

This is a position for people who enjoy analyzing, coordinating, and resolving incidents. We are not just looking for someone to manage tickets; we are looking for someone capable of understanding what is happening, prioritizing correctly, and ensuring that every incident receives the proper attention.

Our CSD is the central operating point for multiple clients and technologies. From here, services are monitored, incidents are managed, and problem resolution is coordinated with various technical teams. You will be a key piece in guaranteeing service quality and the correct attention to our clients' needs.

• Reception, analysis, and management of incidents and service requests.

• Follow-up of tickets until their resolution or escalation.

• Coordination with specialized technical teams in systems, networks, cybersecurity, and development.

• Monitoring and supervision of critical services.

• Initial analysis of incidents to identify impact, priority, and necessary actions.

• Communication with clients regarding the status and evolution of incidents.

• Preparation and updating of operational documentation.

• Participation in operation procedures and continuous service improvement.

The position is carried out in a 24x7 work model through rotation:

• 7 consecutive night shifts, followed by 5 days off.

• 7 consecutive morning shifts, followed by 2 days off.

• 7 consecutive afternoon shifts, followed by 7 days off.

This model allows for stable planning and a clear forecast of work and rest periods.
