STEM degrees or other complementary training related to business management and/or the application of agile methodologies.
At least 3-5 years as a Service Manager
Languages: technical English
Knowledge, experience, and/or certifications in methodologies and frameworks: ITIL, ISO 20.000, ISO, Cobit.
Knowledge of service management tools (ticketing, CMDB, etc.), projects, ERP systems, CRM, CSM, document management, multi-platform collaborative work tools, office applications, etc.
Technical knowledge regarding infrastructure, communications, systems, cybersecurity, etc.
