About the role
From our Recruiting area, we are looking for an HR Technician to expand the team in our Hospitality Staffing division (temporary employment agency) located in Barcelona, to join our team immediately.
What you'll do
Main functions and tasks to be developed:
- Screening, selection, and hiring of different hospitality profiles (waiters, cooks, housekeepers, etc.)
- Contract registration, processing of registrations/deregistrations with Social Security.
- Monitoring of assigned workers.
- Absenteeism control.
What we're looking for
Minimum requirements
- Degree in Labor Relations or Psychology.
- Availability for weekends (shifts/on-call duties will be required).
- Training in Hospitality (CGFM or CGFS).
- Previous experience with hospitality profiles (knowledge of the sector and its peculiarities is essential).

Desde nuestra área de Recruiting nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Técnico/a de RRHH para ampliar el equipo en nuestra división de Staffing Hostelería (ETT) ubicado en Barcelona, para incorporar a nuestro equipo de forma inmediata.

Funciones y tareas principales a desarrollar:
- Criba, selección y contratación de diferentes perfiles de hostelería (camareros, cocineros, camareras/os de piso, etc...)
- Registro de contratos, tramitación de altas/bajas a la SS.
- Seguimiento de los trabajadores cedidos.
- Control de ausentismo.

Requisitos mínimos
- Diplomatura en Relaciones Laborales o Psicología
- Disponibilidad de fines de semana, (se realizarán guardias).
- Formación en Hostelería (CGFM o CGFS)
- Experiencia previa con perfiles de hostelería, (imprescindible conocer el sector y sus peculiaridades).
