Retail Talent Executive

As a Retail Talent Executive, you will be responsible for leading recruitment processes for Retail positions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and actively contributing to the growth and development of our teams.

• You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Retail positions.
• You will design talent attraction strategies tailored to the needs of the business.
• You will develop employer branding initiatives to strengthen our employer brand.
• You will advise managers on talent identification and assessment.
• You will ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• You will conduct direct sourcing of key profiles and actively manage passive talent.
• You will analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities and optimize processes.
• You will participate in global Talent Acquisition and People projects.
• You will collaborate closely with Retail teams, People Business Partners, and Learning & Development to ensure a comprehensive view of talent.
• You will contribute to building talent pipelines that ensure the future growth of the business.

• University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in recruiting Retail profiles.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes and strategic positions for stores.
• Deep knowledge of the Retail market and its talent acquisition dynamics.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with managers and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with recruiting tools and recruitment metrics.
• English proficiency that allows you to work comfortably in international environments.

• Asesorarás a managers en la identificación y evaluación de talento.
• Garantizarás una experiencia de candidato excelente durante todo el proceso de selección.
• Realizarás búsqueda directa de perfiles clave y gestión activa de talento pasivo.
• Analizarás indicadores de selección para identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimizar procesos.
• Participarás en proyectos globales de Talent Acquisition y People.
• Colaborarás estrechamente con los equipos de Retail, People Business Partners y Formación para asegurar una visión integral del talento.
• Contribuirás a la construcción de pipelines de talento que garanticen el crecimiento futuro del negocio.

• Formación universitaria en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, ADE, Recursos Humanos o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 4-5 años en selección de perfiles Retail.
• Experiencia gestionando procesos de selección de volumen y posiciones estratégicas para tiendas.
• Conocimiento profundo del mercado Retail y sus dinámicas de captación de talento.
• Capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza con managers y stakeholders.
• Orientación a resultados y fuerte capacidad organizativa.
• Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de recruiting y métricas de selección.
• Nivel de inglés que te permita desenvolverte cómodamente en entornos internacionales.
