• Tender analysis: Exhaustive study of the technical (PPT) and administrative (PCA) conditions of public and private tenders.
• Economic study: Calculation of direct and indirect costs, labor, subcontracting, materials, and margin optimization.
• Drafting of reports: Preparation of the technical proposal (service organization, preventive/corrective maintenance plans, improvement and energy efficiency proposals).
• Document management: Preparation and control of all administrative documentation required in the tendering processes.
• Follow-up: Control of delivery deadlines and attendance at bid openings or contracting boards when necessary.

You are the ideal person if you bring…

• Education: Technical or Higher Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) or Technical Architecture / Degree in Building.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years performing identical functions in companies within the maintenance services or Facility Management sector.
• Languages: Essential mastery of Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written correctly, for the drafting of official technical reports.
• Tools: Advanced use of Presto and the Office package (especially Excel). Knowledge of public procurement platforms (SPSC) and AutoCAD.
• Competencies: Organizational capacity, rigor in meeting deadlines, autonomy, and high analytical capacity.

We want to add a Tenders Technician specialized in integral maintenance services to the team to join our Studies and Contracting department.

Your main mission will be the analysis, preparation, and drafting of technical-economic offers for public and private tenders in the field of unique buildings (hospitals, universities, corporate headquarters, etc.) in Catalonia
