Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Law or in the field of Legal and Social Sciences.
Previous experience in administrative processing is valued, especially in files related to energy projects or in environments related to public administration.
High proficiency in office software tools.
Knowledge of Administrative Law and of Law 39/2015, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
A responsible, organized person with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work autonomously, organizational skills, and ease in managing multiple files simultaneously.

The role

From Micofer by Empatif we are selecting an Administrative Assistant to join a company located in Lugo.

What you'll do

Drafting of documents and necessary documentation for processing administrative files.
Analysis of administrative requirements and resolutions.
Responding to appeals through administrative channels.
Direct interaction with public administrations and continuous monitoring of files.
Updating and managing information in internal systems for project control and monitoring.
