The role

Currently, we want to incorporate a COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for one of our companies located in Guadalajara.

What you'll do

Guarantee the correct functioning of the refrigeration facilities through monitoring and maintenance, complying with quality, food safety, and occupational risk prevention standards. To do this, you will be responsible for:

Manage and provide support in the preparation and follow-up of commercial orders and contracts.
Handle inquiries and requests from customers, providing accurate and timely information.
Organize and keep updated the files and documentation related to commercial and administrative processes.
Collaborate in the preparation of reports, statistics, and presentations directed to management and the commercial team.
Support the logistical coordination of activities linked to sales and customer service.
Maintain fluid communication with other departments to ensure the correct management of orders and deliveries.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes by identifying areas for improvement.
