Technical Support Call Center Operator (M/F)

From Micofer by Empatif we are selecting Call Center Operators (M/F) for the TECHNICAL SUPPORT department of an important company located in A Coruña city.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, identify and resolve incidents (telecommunications).
• Keep a record of interactions with business clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Bilingual level of Galician.
• Availability to work morning/afternoon shifts and alternate weekends.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with customer management tools.
• Positive attitude and customer orientation.

Funciones:

• Atender llamadas, identificar y resolver incidencias (telecomunicaciones).
• Mantener un registro de las interacciones con los clientes-empresa.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.

Requisitos:

• Buena capacidad de comunicación.
• Nivel bilingüe de gallego.
• Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar en turnos de mañana/tarde y fines de semana alternos.
• Conocimientos de informática básica y manejo de herramientas de gestión de clientes.
• Actitud positiva y orientación al cliente.
