The role
We are looking for a Higher Technician in IT (User Support) with a versatile profile, user orientation, and digital skills, to join a growing professional environment.
What you'll do
- Basic technical support for users (in-person, telephone, and remote)
- Resolution of incidents in IT applications and tools
- Management, updating, and maintenance of databases
- Basic configuration of equipment, software, and digital tools
- Support in the use of technological training platforms (Webex, INTECCA, etc.)
- Control and management of access, users, and permissions in systems
- Installation and updating of applications
- Management and monitoring of technical incidents
- Support in the digitalization of administrative processes
- Preparation of technical documentation and user guides
