🔎 What are we looking for?

Bilingual or native level of Galician, both spoken and written. Essential requirement.
Experience or knowledge in telephone customer service, Contact Center, or BPO services.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office).
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Organized, methodical, and responsible person with the ability to learn.
Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
Availability of a good internet connection at home and the possibility of connecting directly to the router via network cable.

Nice to have

Experience in the management of life insurance, pension plans, and savings products is valued.

What you'll get

🎯 What do we offer?

Permanent seasonal contract of 4 months + 2 months + subsequent incorporation into the company's workforce.
Part-time employment of 16 hours per week, working exclusively on weekends and national holidays.
Available shifts:
Morning shift: from 08:00 to 16:00 h.
Afternoon shift: from 12:00 to 20:00 h.
Salary of €9.72 gross/hour. (monthly salary 622.08)
Initial training to learn the procedures and tools of the position.

📞 What will your functions be?

You will be part of a team specialized in the management of financial and insurance services, performing customer service and administrative management (Back Office) functions.

What you'll do

Answering phone calls and resolving customer queries.
Administrative management through CRM/BO tools.
Processing and management of individual and collective insurance policies.
Management of requests related to pension plans and savings products.
Processing of benefits, pension plan transfers, and payment management.
Resolving and following up on complaints.
Management of inquiries related to taxation and benefits.
Registration and updating of information in internal systems.

How you'll work

Hybrid work modality: once training is completed and the necessary autonomy is reached, 20% on-site and 80% remote work.
