At Empleabilidad ETT we are selecting a Section Head to join an important Hotel located in Torremolinos.

We are looking for someone with kitchen experience, organizational skills, commitment and passion for a job well done, who wants to join a stable, serious and ongoing project.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of their section within the kitchen, ensuring quality, organization and smooth service delivery.

  • Organization and control of the assigned section
  • Preparation and supervision of the mise en place
  • Preparation, cooking and plating of dishes
  • Time management and execution during service
  • Coordination with the rest of the kitchen team
  • Supervision of order, cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
  • Stock control and supply needs
  • Proper storage and preservation of raw materials
