The role

From Empleabilidad ETT we are selecting a Sommelier to join a renowned restaurant group characterized by its attention to detail, its top-tier gastronomic offering, and its exceptional service.

We are looking for a passionate person, with discernment, sensitivity, and deep knowledge of the wine world, capable of enhancing the customer experience through every recommendation.

What you'll do

Design and maintain the wine list, aligning it with the gastronomic offering and the restaurant's identity.
Accompany the customer throughout their experience, offering expert, natural, and approachable advice on wines, pairings, and spirits.
Manage the wine cellar, controlling stock, storage conditions, and product turnover.
Promote knowledge in the dining room, training and motivating the team to ensure consistent service with personality.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management, ensuring harmony between the gastronomic menu and the wine selection.
Stay updated on trends, incorporating new references and proposals that enrich the offering.

🍷 SOMMELIER

Minimum experience: 3-5 years

Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Sommelier or wine manager in high-end restaurants.
Training in sommelier studies, oenology, or related fields.
Advanced level of English, essential for serving an international clientele.
Deep knowledge of wines, spirits, pairings, and service techniques.
Leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Genuine passion for gastronomy and wine culture.
