Internship at ENDESA, SWING Program:

● Study allowance of €900.00 gross per month.

● Schedule: Hybrid - 35 hours per week

● Workplace in Spain: Avda. Vilanova 12. Barcelona

Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months. They consist of two parts: Practical Training in the Company and Academic Training.

The Practical Training in the Company will involve a work schedule from Monday to Friday, a rest period of 17 working days per year, and a study grant of €900 gross per month. In parallel, the Academic Training is carried out: Master's Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), in online format, whose main objective is the learning and improvement of the competency profile.

What you'll do

  • Data management and analysis, preparation of department reports, and management of payments derived from the activity of facility legalizations.
  • Support management with various Local, Regional, or State Administration bodies, City Councils, and Agencies (Ministry of Development, Adif, Hydrographic Confederations, Environment,...) in coordination with the corresponding territorial areas, both for permit acquisition processes and for administrative authorization and legalization processes of facilities built AT (Substations and High Voltage Lines) to meet needs motivated by clients or own investment.
  • Support the management of legalization processes for constructed facilities, to obtain the Commissioning Certificates that allow for the effective recognition of compensation for the facilities built.
  • Have knowledge of economic valuations of agricultural (crops and yields), industrial, and urban properties for application in easement payments generated by electrical facilities.
  • Update published sectoral, urban planning, and environmental regulations.
  • Liaison with Construction units to identify needs regarding permit management, to carry out the necessary procedures in advance for their achievement so that this does not limit the execution of works within the deadline.
