We are currently looking for a Due Diligence Analyst for our headquarters in Madrid

What you'll do

  1. Help disseminate the ethical principles and internal regulations regarding ENGIE's Ethics & Compliance to all Members of the Organization.
  2. Analyze counterparties from a compliance risk perspective through information searches in public databases or through information provided by the counterparty, or other means.
  3. Propose the action plan (measures and controls) appropriate to each risk level.
  4. Draft the corresponding report.
  5. Guarantee the monitoring of high-risk counterparties, press news, sanctions, etc.
  6. Guarantee the monitoring of the action plan proposed in each Due diligence.
  7. Ensure that the Due Diligence procedure is complied with and propose new actions by identifying areas for process improvement.
  8. Maintain up-to-date records and good document management.
  9. Process and analyze the activity KPIs annually.
  10. Provide support in the design and monitoring of the remaining elements of the compliance model.
  11. Ensure the implementation and compliance of Health and Safety, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Ethics, and Compliance policies, as well as the procedures and processes defined by the organization.

Mission

Ensure the analysis of compliance risks of the counterparties with which the Organization relates and propose the necessary recommendations and measures to mitigate them, all with the objective of preventing counterparty risk.

Experience

At least 4 years of experience in functions as a Due Diligence Analyst. Experience in multinational environments.
