The role
As a Boiler Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the plant, supervising systems and performing operation and maintenance tasks
What you'll do
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the operation of the plant, ensuring its safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly operation.
Operate control systems (water, steam, combustion, turbo-generator, and associated systems).
Monitor instruments and parameters to verify the correct functioning of the facility.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
Detect breakdowns or anomalies (leaks, breaks, operational failures) and act accordingly.
Execute basic repair, lubrication, and equipment maintenance tasks.
Record operation data, measurements, and analysis results.
Report incidents to the direct supervisor.
Collaborate in other operational functions such as maintenance support or fuel handling.
