Administrative Assistant

Manage and keep up to date the administrative documentation related to biomass supply, suppliers, forest harvesting, and contracted services.

Record, review, and archive information regarding biomass inflows, outflows, movements, and stock levels.

Perform administrative monitoring of orders, contracts, delivery notes, weighings, invoices, and other documentation associated with biomass supply.

Support the document management necessary for certifications, audits, and traceability systems applicable to the biomass area.

Collaborate in the collection, processing, and updating of information necessary to prepare reports, indicators, and KPIs for the department.

Keep up to date the databases, records, and information systems used in biomass supply management.

Support the administrative coordination of transport, suppliers, and services related to supply logistics.

Manage the reception, review, and documentary control of work performed by suppliers, forestry companies, and carriers.

Perform administrative monitoring of costs, consumption, and supplies, providing information to the Supply and Biomass team.

Prepare the documentation and administrative support necessary for meetings, audits, inspections, and certification processes.

Collaborate in the improvement of administrative and document management procedures within the area.

Participate in other departmental activities that contribute to the achievement of the area's objectives.
