Environmental Project Manager

- Proven success in developing and executing tenders and public procurement processes for high-tech projects in the metrology field.

- Experience executing tasks and work under regulations

- Prepare technical and economic proposals in accordance with technical specifications, project needs, and Envira Sostenible S.A. standards.

- Ensure the execution of projects involving Envira Sostenible S.A. meets quality, budget, and deadline requirements, both in their documentary and material aspects during the design, manufacturing, commissioning, and warranty phases.

- Execute the commercial and business growth campaigns defined by Management in accordance with an assigned account plan.

- Maintain proactive market surveillance, identifying and engaging in growth opportunities as they arise.

- Address client needs throughout the project's duration, identifying areas for innovation and optimization to generate new business opportunities and improve the Department's internal processes.

- Participate in the implementation of all digital tools aimed at the continuous improvement of Envira Sostenible S.A.'s productivity. Analyze, interpret, and propose corrective actions based on the metrics and KPIs provided by these tools.

- Attend specific training courses when instructed to do so.

- Provide collaborative technical assistance on other projects within the Systems area as directed.

Envira Sostenible S.A., a leading company nationwide in the comprehensive management of air quality networks and automated systems for monitoring emissions and pollutant parameters, is looking to hire a project manager for its Madrid office to join its Automated Measurement Systems Department.

Working in collaboration with the Department Manager and in coordination with the IoT department, the successful candidate will be responsible for commercial client management and for determining the appropriate technical solution to ensure the correct execution of projects assigned to their portfolio. They will ensure the achievement of their commercial objectives, maintaining direct communication with assigned clients, and will continuously monitor market developments to identify new business and cross-selling opportunities.

In coordination with the Maintenance Manager, they will ensure the proper development of their project portfolio and the continued compliance with Envira Sostenible S.A.'s quality standards and current regulations.

- Minimum qualification: Degree in Chemical Engineering, Bachelor's in Chemistry, or Degree in Industrial Engineering specializing in Electronics and Automation.

- Hands-on experience in the design, adjustment, calibration, and commissioning of complex automated measurement systems.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the instrumentation field, in positions with project coordination responsibilities.

- Significant participation in advanced technical instrumentation projects, preferably in the fields of gas, water, and air quality measurement networks.

- Advanced knowledge of analytical instrumentation.

- Advanced proficiency in standard project management tools.

- Minimum English level of B2 or equivalent, with proven experience negotiating in this language.
