Project Manager

- Significant involvement in technical projects involving advanced instrumentation, preferably in the fields of gas, water, and air quality measurement networks.

- Proven success in developing competitive bids and public tenders for high-tech projects in the field of metrology.

- Experience performing tasks and work under the following standards:

ISO/IEC 17025.

ISO 9001.

ISA 5.1 and subsequent.

- Experience in the continuous training of work teams.

- Prepare technical and economic proposals in accordance with the technical specifications, project requirements, and Envira Sostenible S.A. standards.

- Ensure execution in terms of quality, budget, and schedule for the projects in which Envira Sostenible S.A. participates, covering both the documentary and material aspects during the design, manufacturing, commissioning, and warranty phases.

- Execute the commercial and business growth campaigns set by Management in accordance with an assigned account plan.

- Maintain proactive market surveillance, identifying and engaging in growth opportunities as they arise.

- Address client needs throughout the project's duration, identifying areas for innovation and optimization aimed at generating new business opportunities and improving the Department's internal processes.

- Participate in the implementation of all digital tools aimed at the continuous improvement of Envira Sostenible S.A.'s productivity. Analyze, interpret, and propose corrective actions derived from the metrics and KPIs provided by these tools.

- Attend specific training courses when instructed to do so.

- Provide collaborative technical support on other projects within the Systems area as directed.

Envira Sostenible S.A., a nationally renowned company in the full cycle of air quality networks and automatic systems for monitoring emissions and pollutant parameters, needs to hire a person at its headquarters in Asturias to join as a Project Manager for its Department of Automatic Measurement Systems.

In collaboration with the Department Manager and in coordination with the IoT department, they will be responsible for commercial client management and determining the appropriate technical solution for the correct execution of the projects assigned to their portfolio. They will ensure the achievement of their commercial objectives, maintaining direct communication with assigned clients and continuously monitoring market developments to identify new business and cross-selling opportunities.

In coordination with other Project Managers, they will ensure the proper development of their project portfolio and the continued compliance with Envira Sostenible S.A.'s quality standards and current regulatory provisions.

- Minimum: Chemical Engineering degree, Chemistry degree, or Industrial Engineering degree specializing in Electronics and Automation.

- Hands-on experience in the design, adjustment, calibration, and commissioning of complex automatic measurement systems, or projects with a significant component involving such systems.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination and management roles within engineering projects.

- Knowledge of analytical instrumentation and process chemistry.

- Advanced use of standard project management tools.

- Minimum B2 level of English, with proven experience negotiating in this language.
