About the role

Envira Sostenible S.A., a nationally leading company in the complete cycle of air quality networks and automatic systems for monitoring emissions and pollutant parameters, needs to hire a person at its headquarters in Asturias to join as a project manager for its Department of Automatic Measurement Systems.

In collaboration with the Department Director and in coordination with the IoT department, the role will involve managing client accounts and determining the appropriate technical solution for the correct execution of the projects assigned to their portfolio. They will ensure the achievement of their commercial objectives, maintaining direct communication with assigned clients, and will continuously monitor market developments to identify new business and cross-selling opportunities.

In coordination with other Project Managers, they will ensure the proper development of their project portfolio and the continuous compliance with Envira Sostenible S.A.'s quality standards and current regulatory requirements.

Functions:

- Prepare technical and economic proposals in accordance with the technical specifications, project needs, and Envira Sostenible S.A. standards.

- Ensure the execution of projects in which Envira Sostenible S.A. participates, in terms of quality, budget, and schedule, both in their documentary and material aspects during the design, manufacturing, commissioning, and warranty phases.

- Execute the commercial and business growth campaigns set by Management in accordance with an assigned account plan.

- Maintain proactive market surveillance, identifying and participating in growth opportunities that arise.

- Address client needs during the project's validity period, identifying areas of innovation and optimization aimed at generating new business opportunities and improving the Department's internal processes.

- Participate in the implementation of all digital tools aimed at the continuous improvement of Envira Sostenible S.A.'s productivity. Analyze, interpret, and propose corrective actions derived from the metrics and KPIs provided by these tools.

- Attend specific training courses as instructed.

- Provide collaborative technical support on other projects in the Systems area when instructed to do so.

- Minimum of Chemical Engineering, a degree in Chemistry, or an Industrial Engineering degree with a specialization in Electronics and Automation.

- First-hand experience in the design, adjustment, calibration, and commissioning of complex automatic measurement systems or projects with a significant component of these systems.

- Minimum experience of 5 years in positions of responsibility coordinating engineering projects.

- Knowledge of analytical instrumentation or process chemistry.
