Environmental Project Manager

- Significant involvement in advanced instrumentation technical projects, preferably in gas, water, and air quality measurement networks.

- Having successfully developed public tenders and bids for high-tech projects in the field of metrology.

- Experience in executing tasks and work under standards

ISO/IEC 17025.

- Preparing technical and economic proposals in accordance with the technical specifications, project requirements, and Envira Sostenible S.A. standards.

- Ensuring the execution of projects in terms of quality, budget, and schedule, in both their documentary and material aspects, across the design, manufacturing, commissioning, and warranty phases.

- Executing the commercial and business growth campaigns set by Management in accordance with an assigned account plan.

- Maintaining proactive market monitoring, identifying and engaging in emerging growth opportunities.

- Addressing client needs throughout the project's duration, identifying areas for innovation and optimization aimed at generating new business opportunities and improving the Department's internal processes.

- Participating in the implementation of all digital tools aimed at the continuous improvement of Envira Sostenible S.A.'s productivity. Analyzing, interpreting, and proposing corrective actions derived from the metrics and KPIs provided by such tools.

- Attend specific training courses when instructed to do so.

- Providing technical support in a collaborative manner on other projects within the Systems area when so instructed.

Envira Sostenible S.A., a nationally leading company in the full cycle of air quality networks and automatic systems for monitoring emissions and pollutant parameters, needs to hire a person in its Puertollano branch to join as a project manager for its Automatic Measurement Systems Department.

In collaboration with the Department Director and in coordination with the IoT department, the role will be responsible for commercial client management and determining the appropriate technical solution for the proper execution of the projects assigned to their portfolio. They will ensure the achievement of their commercial objectives, maintaining direct communication with assigned clients, and will continuously monitor market developments to identify new business opportunities and cross-selling.

In coordination with other Project Managers, they will ensure the proper development of their project portfolio and the continued compliance with Envira Sostenible S.A.'s quality standards and current regulatory framework.

- Minimum of a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Automation.

- Experience in a hands-on role in the design, adjustment, calibration, and commissioning of complex automatic measurement systems, or in projects with a significant component involving such systems.

- Minimum experience of 5 years in positions of responsibility coordinating engineering projects.

- Knowledge of analytical instrumentation or process chemistry.

- Advanced use of standard project management tools.

- Minimum B2 level of English or equivalent, with demonstrable experience in negotiation in this language.
