In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions to enhance efficiency and improve user experience across critical IT processes. You will work on Business Request Catalog, case management and custom components for self-service portals, leveraging best practices to deliver sustainable, upgrade-safe solutions.
