What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical career
- Mandatory certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- More than 5 years of real experience with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Portal Management)
- Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Service Portal, App Engine, JavaScript (intermediate/advanced level)
- Integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server
- CMDB and Asset Management
- Ability to analyze, design, and implement solutions aligned with business processes
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CSM or Application Developer certifications
