Transformation Consultant Life Science

We are looking to bring on professionals with experience in the Life Sciences sector who want to participate in transformation projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and MedTech companies. People with a consultative vision, the ability to understand business challenges, and experience driving transformation initiatives from strategy to execution.

• Drive transformation projects: Participate in the design and execution of strategic and digital transformation initiatives, helping our clients identify opportunities, define solutions, and put them into practice.

• Advise clients on their business and technology challenges: Work on the optimization and transformation of processes throughout the Life Sciences value chain, especially in the areas of R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Commercial & Medical Affairs, as well as Quality and Manufacturing.

• Connect strategy, processes, and technology: Contribute to the definition of digital strategies, the selection and implementation of technological solutions, and the development of Data & AI initiatives, taking into account the regulatory particularities of the sector (GxP).

• Lead projects and change processes: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage workstreams, and accompany organizations in the evolution of their operating models, new ways of working, and the adoption of digital solutions.

• Develop trusting relationships with clients: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, participate in commercial proposals, and contribute to the growth of our relationships and opportunities in the Life Sciences market.

Remote from Spain, with occasional travel to Europe.

• You have worked in areas such as R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Commercial & Medical Affairs, Quality, or Manufacturing.

• You know technological platforms and solutions in the sector such as Veeva, Salesforce, Medidata, or others equivalent.

• You have experience in Data & AI, Data Governance, or Master Data Management initiatives.

• You have participated in organizational transformation projects, product-centric operating models, Agile at Scale methodologies, or AI adoption programs.

• You have direct experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or MedTech industry.
