We are looking to bring on board an IT Transformation Strategy Consultant with two to five years of experience in management consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory.

What you'll do

  • Participate in defining and implementing transformation and digital strategies.
  • Collaborate on the design of operating models, governance frameworks, and organizational structures.
  • Analyze business and IT support processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define target processes.
  • Perform functional and business analysis, gather requirements, and turn them into concrete recommendations and business cases.
  • Support the definition of transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and change management initiatives.
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify needs and validate solutions.
  • Develop executive presentations, progress reports, and materials for steering committees.
  • Track project plans, risks, dependencies, and key decisions across the different workstreams.
  • Act as the bridge between business needs, technology teams, and transformation initiatives.
