• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in management consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory.
• Experience participating in large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience in business analysis, process design, and requirements gathering.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete recommendations and solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure complex topics and communicate them clearly and effectively.
• Experience developing executive presentations and client deliverables.
• Knowledge of operating models, governance frameworks, and organizational design.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work in multicultural and international environments.
• University degree or master's in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Professional level of Spanish.
• Professional level of English, mandatory.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model and travel to client offices or facilities as required by project needs.

• Experience in IT transformation projects and application portfolio evolution.
• Knowledge of software business models or SaaS.

We are looking to bring on board an IT Transformation Strategy Consultant with two to five years of experience in management consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory.

• Participate in defining and implementing transformation and digital strategies.
• Collaborate on the design of operating models, governance frameworks, and organizational structures.
• Analyze business and IT support processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define target processes.
• Perform functional and business analysis, gather requirements, and turn them into concrete recommendations and business cases.
• Support the definition of transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and change management initiatives.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify needs and validate solutions.
• Develop executive presentations, progress reports, and materials for steering committees.
• Track project plans, risks, dependencies, and key decisions across the different workstreams.
• Act as the bridge between business needs, technology teams, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors, implementation partners, and international teams to ensure the proper execution and adoption of solutions.
