As part of the Business Intelligence area, your main mission will be: to provide support in attending to, managing, and resolving requests from Esade's Salesforce users, as well as carrying out tasks related to Data Quality and data integration across the different systems.

Your main responsibilities 🏆

• Handling and managing customer requests through the Salesforce CRM.

• Liaising with the area's technical team

• Executing and resolving requests from the company's commercial and corporate areas

• Monitoring and driving tasks through tracking tools (Cases, Kanban, JIRA)

• Participating in projects developed on Salesforce's Marketing Cloud

• Managing tasks related to Data Quality and data integration across the different systems

• Internally sharing Best Practices with tool users

Requirements 🎯

• Collaboration agreement with the university where you are studying.

• Proactivity, teamwork, and a willingness to learn!

• Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Planning and organizational skills.

• Languages: Catalan/Spanish. Intermediate English.

What we offer 🚀:

• Opportunity to complete an internship lasting between 4 and 6 months

• 4 hours per day

• Schedule from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• Compensation of €6.50 gross/hour

• Start date: September/October 2026

Formando parte del área Business Intelligence, tu principal misión será: dar soporte en la atención, gestión y resolución de las peticiones de los usuarios de Salesforce de Esade, así como realizar tareas relacionadas con el Data Quality y la integración del dato en los diferentes sistemas.

Tus principales funciones 🏆

• Atención y gestión de peticiones de cliente a través del CRM Salesforce.

• Interlocución con el equipo técnico del área

• Ejecución y resolución de peticiones del área comercial y corporativa de la empresa

• Control y empuje de tareas a través de herramientas de seguimiento (Cases, Kanban, JIRA)

• Participación en los proyectos que se desarrollan en la nube de Marketing de Salesforce (Marketing Cloud)

• Gestión de tareas relacionadas con el Data Quality y la integración del dato en los diferentes sistemas

• Divulgación interna de las Best Practices a los usuarios de la herramienta

Requisitos 🎯

• Convenio de colaboración con la Universidad en la que estés estudiando.

• Proactividad, trabajo en equipo y ¡Ganas de aprender!

• Habilidades comunicativas y relacionales.

• Capacidad de planificación y organización.

• Idiomas: Catalán/Castellano. Inglés medio.

Qué ofrecemos 🚀:

• Posibilidad de realizar prácticas entre 4 y 6 meses

• 4 horas diarias

• Horario de 9 a 13h

• Remuneración 6,50€ brutos/hora

• Incorporación Septiembre/Octubre 2026
