Cloud identity management: Administer onboarding, offboarding, licenses, and access permissions directly in the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environment.
Support and assistance: Respond to daily user incidents (in person or remotely) with a resolute and approachable attitude.
Continuous improvement: Collaborate in the documentation of processes, security best practices, and general support for the IT team.
