The role
We are looking for a specialized International Mobility Technician to join our headquarters in Spain, providing support and coordinating processes related to the international management of people in our delegations in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Barbados, and Saint Lucia.
What you'll do
The selected person will have a transversal role within the Human Resources area, being responsible for the management and coordination of administrative and documentary processes associated with international mobility, especially regarding visas, work permits, immigration documentation, and international travel.
Comprehensive management of immigration processes associated with the relocation and onboarding of employees in the different international delegations.
Coordination and monitoring of visas, work permits, residence permits, entry authorizations, and other immigration documentation required in each country.
Collection, review, and preparation of the documentation necessary for the different immigration procedures.
Monitoring of immigration files from start to resolution, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.
Control of expiration and renewal dates for visas, permits, passports, and other relevant documentation.

Preparation and maintenance of procedures, checklists, and internal protocols to standardize international mobility management.
