Eterniti is a luxury hospitality group that designs, builds, and operates high-end residential and resort properties, primarily in Spain. The company manages a portfolio of exclusive villas, boutique hotels, and private residences, offering a comprehensive service that spans from property acquisition and interior design to full operational management and guest services. With a focus on the premium segment, Eterniti positions itself as a provider of bespoke hospitality experiences rather than a traditional hotel chain.
In Spain, Eterniti operates a significant portfolio of luxury properties, with a strong presence in the Balearic Islands and the mainland. The company's work culture is centered on delivering high-quality, personalized service, which makes it an interesting employer for international professionals in hospitality, operations, and marketing. For those relocating to Spain, Eterniti offers roles that combine hands-on operational work with strategic management, providing a unique opportunity to be part of a growing luxury hospitality brand in one of Europe's top tourist destinations.
Working at Luderna is much more than having a job.
It means being part of a project with deep roots in the heart of the Aran Valley, where every detail counts and every experience leaves a mark.
We manage more than 200 apartments between the Aran Valley and Andorra, and we have become the reference for holiday rentals in the region. Now, as part of the Emerald Stay group, we are connected to an international network of unique accommodations in more than 20 European destinations. But our essence remains here, in the mountains, where comfort and hospitality have their own rhythm.
We are driven by a sincere desire to do things well. We want our guests to feel special without quite knowing why. And we want owners to trust us, not only for what we say, but above all for what we do.
Our operations team works from Vielha, coordinating every detail so that the experience is flawless. And now we are looking for someone like you: with drive, curiosity, initiative, and the enthusiasm to grow within the LUDERNA project.
Here, work is experienced with responsibility, but also with empathy, respect, and closeness. We listen to you, we motivate you to improve, and we accompany you on the journey. Because growing at Luderna is also building something of your own.
