What we're looking for

Mandatory technical training: It is essential to have a certified course/training in Legionella prevention and control.

Practical experience: Proficiency in plumbing tasks, basic HVAC, inspection of audiovisual equipment, and general corrective maintenance.

The role

If you have experience in maintenance, you enjoy resolving day-to-day incidents, and you are looking to join an organized team with a good working environment, this opportunity may suit you. We are looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join a flagship project in Madrid.

What you'll do

Inspections in the areas of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and HVAC.

Daily and preventive maintenance:

Execution and strict monitoring of operational inspections via checklist.

Daily control and taking of preventive measurements against Legionella.

Corrective maintenance and installations:

Routine repairs of plumbing, HVAC/air conditioning equipment, and televisions.

Resolution of interior wear and tear and common elements (for example, minibar door adjustments).

How you'll work

Working day and stability: 40-hour weekly contract distributed from Monday to Sunday.

Shifts: Morning: 07:00 to 15:00 h / Afternoon: 15:00 to 23:00 h / Night: 23:00 to 07:00 h.

Breaks and days off: Based on a roster, usually 1 or 2 weekends off per month.

Vacations and holidays: 30 calendar days of annual vacation + holiday compensation

Requirements

Availability for immediate start.

Contract: Permanent.

Salary range: 25,000 - 28,000 SBA
