The role

A company dedicated to the transport sector needs to hire an Administrative Assistant for the human resources department located in the Martorell industrial zone, with the possibility of stability. The tasks to be performed are as follows:

What you'll do

- Register, classify, and reconcile day-to-day accounting operations.

- Guarantee the correct allocation of income and expenses and the consistency of accounting balances.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

- Perform adjustments, accruals, and provisions, and check the consistency of balances.

- Prepare and analyze the balance sheet, the profit and loss account, and other financial statements.

- Prepare monitoring reports for management.

- Control and reconcile bank accounts and financial movements.

- Identify and resolve pending items or discrepancies.

- Manage and supervise invoicing, collections, and payments.

- Monitor outstanding balances and the aging of debt.

- Prepare and control tax obligations and associated fiscal documentation.

- Collaborate with external advisors on declarations and requirements.

- Interpret balance sheets, ratios, deviations, and the evolution of results.

- Prepare analyses that support decision-making.

- Prepare and report the documentation required for the annual audit.

- Attend to requests from auditors and follow up on their recommendations.
