- We are looking for a professional with higher education related to Product Management, Catering, Gastronomy, Food Science, or similar; complementary training in product management and business analysis will be valued.
- A minimum experience of approximately 5 years in positions related to product management, catering, food, or consumer goods will be necessary; experience in catering chains or multi-center environments will be especially valued.
- We are looking for a person with a business vision, orientation toward the customer and results, analytical capacity, and sensitivity toward products and trends, as well as excellent coordination and transversal teamwork skills.
The position will be based in Madrid and will involve travel to establishments and occasional trips to work in person with other teams.
Reporting to the Marketing Directorate and working transversally with the Innovation and R&D area, you will be responsible for ensuring an attractive, differentiating, and profitable offering that is coherent with the brand positioning.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the management and evolution of the product offering and restaurant menus.
- Analyze consumer, catering, and competitive trends, identifying opportunities to incorporate new proposals.
- Manage the incorporation, modification, and withdrawal of products, ensuring a coherent and homogeneous offering.
- Improve the customer experience linked to the product, presentation, and organization of the offering.
- Analyze sales, turnover, costs, and profitability, identifying low-performance products and optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate the implementation of new products, recipes, and menu changes in the different establishments as defined by Innovation.
- Guarantee compliance with defined standards regarding recipes, ingredients, quantities, presentation, quality, and food safety.
