About the role

At Eurofirms, we are selecting food production operators for an important company in the food sector in Asturias.

What you'll do

  • Carrying out the cooking of eggs, controlling times, temperatures, and the operation of the cooking machines to ensure a homogeneous and safe product.
  • Operating peeling equipment, supervising the process to ensure that the eggs are properly peeled, and manually removing those that require rework.

Classifying and selecting cooked eggs, checking their condition, quality, and appearance before moving on to the next stage of the process.

  • Carrying out the packaging and labeling of the final product, ensuring compliance with traceability and food safety regulations.
  • Controlling product quality at each stage, detecting damaged, poorly peeled, or unfit eggs and removing them from the production flow.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and disinfection of machinery, utensils, and work areas, following hygiene and food safety protocols.
  • Recording production data in internal systems, ensuring the accuracy and traceability of the process.
