At Eurofirms, we are selecting food production operators for an important company in the food sector in Asturias.
- Cook the eggs, controlling times, temperatures, and the operation of the cooking machines to ensure a consistent and safe product.
- Operate peeling equipment, supervising the process to ensure the eggs are correctly peeled and manually removing those that require touch-ups.
- Classify and select cooked eggs, verifying their condition, quality, and appearance before moving to the next phase of the process.
- Perform the packaging and labeling of the final product, ensuring compliance with traceability requirements and food regulations.
- Control product quality at each stage, detecting damaged, poorly peeled, or unfit-for-consumption eggs and removing them from the production flow.
- Maintain the cleaning and disinfection of machinery, utensils, and work areas, following hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Record production data in internal systems, guaranteeing the accuracy and traceability of the process.
- Load and unload trays, boxes, or containers, collaborating in the movement of product within the plant.
- Perform basic maintenance of the cooking, peeling, and packaging machinery, reporting incidents or breakdowns to the technical team.
- Comply with occupational risk prevention regulations, using the required personal protective equipment.
- Support other tasks on the production line according to the operational needs of the shift.
