We are looking for a DevSecOps / Platform Engineer with a focus on Security, to join a technological project within the financial sector, participating in the identification, prioritization, and remediation of security vulnerabilities.

The objective of the project is to reduce the existing vulnerability backlog and increase remediation capacity, working alongside the client's architects and initially prioritizing the most critical vulnerabilities.

What you'll do

  • Analysis, prioritization, and remediation of security vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure environments.

  • Configuration and administration of JBoss and Java application environments.

  • Management and administration of AWS services, especially:

    • EKS

    • EFS

    • ECR

    • NLB

  • Identification and application of corrective measures for existing vulnerabilities.

  • Collaboration with the client's architects and technical teams to define the remediation strategy.

  • Participation in resolving the vulnerability backlog, prioritizing those of higher criticality.

  • Work with DevOps tools and pipelines, using GitHub and Jenkins.

  • Technical analysis of vulnerabilities and application of necessary corrections across different environments.

  • Collaboration with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure correct remediation.
