BETWEEN Group is looking to incorporate into its team a BIM Architecture Modeler with at least 3 years of experience to join a large-scale project focused on Data Centers and hospitals. • Development and management of BIM Architecture models for complex projects, with specialization in Data Centers and hospitals.
• Application of BIM standards and international regulations such as ISO 19650 in all project phases.
• Creation and coordination of architectural models in Revit, ensuring the quality and consistency of information.
• Performing clash detection analysis and design reviews using Navisworks.
• Active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, etc.) to guarantee project integration and success.
• Generation of technical documentation and plans from BIM models.
• Participation in coordination meetings and project monitoring.
• Identification and proposal of improvements in BIM workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with client requirements and BETWEEN quality standards.
