Requirements

What we're looking for

Between 3 and 6 years of experience in Genesys Universal Scripting (GUS) and Node.js
Experience in the development and integration of REST APIs and corporate services
Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Experience in incident resolution, technical estimations, and impact analysis

Education & certifications

Higher Vocational Training, Diploma, or Technical Engineering degree

Languages

Intermediate level of English.

What are we looking for?
At Experis, we are looking for a Genesys Engage Consultant (M/F/X) to join a project for a major company in the security and alarms sector. Hybrid modality, mostly remote, with location in Madrid.
Profile we need

What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain scripts in Genesys Universal Scripting (GUS)
Implement backend functionalities using Node.js
Develop and integrate REST APIs and corporate services
Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in incident resolution and the optimization of existing developments
Perform technical estimations and impact analysis
Participate in functional testing, UAT, and production deployment
