Experience in banking environments, performing technical assistance, IT support, or development coordination functions.
Ability to analyze incidents, document requirements, and coordinate with technical and business profiles.
Programming knowledge that allows you to understand code, review solutions, and assess possible improvements.
Autonomy, analytical capacity, and orientation toward problem-solving.

The role

Do you have experience in banking environments and do you enjoy connecting business needs with technological solutions? We are looking for an IT Technical Consultant to participate in the evolution and support of financial systems, coordinating technical teams, users, and providers in a banking environment.

Which technologies will you work with?

Java: advanced knowledge is valued for reviewing code and analyzing critical improvements.
PL/SQL and Oracle: to work with databases and analyze incidents.
Shell: for support tasks and technical analysis.
Diagnostic and analysis tools: OpenGrok, DBeaver, adapters, and trace management tools.

Important: the position does not require developing code on a regular basis, but does require having a good technical foundation to understand it, follow up on developments, and participate in the resolution of complex incidents.
