Requirements

What we're looking for

Location: 100% Remote (Work center: San Fernando de Henares, Madrid)
Modality: Remote
Language: C1 English essential
Degree: Degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar
Equipment: Provided by the client for security reasons

Experience as a Functional Analyst in BackOffice systems.
Experience in analysis, definition, and management of functional requirements.
Experience in functional documentation and requirements traceability.
Experience in REST API design.
Knowledge of SQL relational database modeling and design.
Knowledge of microservices-based architectures.
Experience in Cloud environments.
Ability to work with international clients and stakeholders.
Advanced English level (C1).

Nice to have

Experience in Tolling systems.
Knowledge of trip assembly processes, OCR, manual image validation, and rating.
Experience in integration with external systems.
Participation in international projects, especially in the United States or Australia.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, DOORS, and Rhapsody.

The role

We are looking for a BackOffice Functional Analyst - Tolling to join an international project, participating in the definition and evolution of BackOffice systems based on Cloud and Microservices architectures.

The position is oriented towards professionals with functional experience in complex environments, capable of acting as a link between business and technology in international projects.

What you'll do

Analyze and define functional requirements for BackOffice systems.
Participate in the functional design of solutions based on microservices architectures.
Collaborate with technical teams in the definition of APIs and integrations.
Prepare functional documentation and guarantee correct requirements traceability.
Participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of platforms deployed in Cloud environments.
Act as an interlocutor with international clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate and validate functional requirements during the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in projects of international scope.
Ensure that implemented solutions respond to business and architecture needs.
