Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 10 years of experience in software development
Expert level in Microsoft Power Pages: Liquid, integration with Dataverse, authentication, security, web templates, and custom components
Model-driven Power Apps on Dataverse: forms, views, business rules, business process flows, command bars, security roles, and custom components
Solid pro-code development in C# / .NET: business logic, extensions, and integrations
Development of custom plugins and server-side extensions for Dataverse / Dynamics 365 in C#
Front-end with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS: client-side scripting, responsive UI, and customization of Power Pages and model-driven apps
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, including complex cloud flows
Deep knowledge of Dataverse architecture: tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and integration patterns
Integration with Azure: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and other integration services
REST APIs, web services, JSON, and secure integrations between systems
Pro-code / low-code architectural judgment to decide between native capabilities, custom code, plugins, and Azure
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity management, and secure integration
Spanish C1 and English B1
Excellent communication skills and experience in multi-vendor environments

The role

At Experis, we are looking for a Lead Power Platform Developer (M/F/X) to lead development within a team consisting of two developers and a Technical Architect, in a digital transformation program for the Irish public sector. The project migrates legacy applications to Microsoft Power Platform. 100% remote work from Spain, full-time (40 hours per week).

What you'll do

Lead the technical development of Power Platform solutions alongside the rest of the team and the Technical Architect
Design, develop, integrate, and deliver solutions using Power Pages, model-driven apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate
Develop plugins in C#, APIs, and integrations with Azure services
Participate in the migration of legacy applications to Microsoft Power Platform
Decide what to resolve with low-code and what with pro-code so that solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
Collaborate with business analysts, testers, technical teams from other vendors, and client stakeholders

How you'll work

Availability for a possible occasional trip to Dublin (highly unlikely, with expenses covered)
