Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Mathematics/Cryptography, or equivalent
Between 4 and 6 years of experience in the Blockchain / digital assets sector, with a demonstrable focus on custody and/or cryptographic security
Experience designing, implementing, or evaluating institutional custody solutions and key management architectures
Hot / warm / cold custody architectures, wallet limits, sweeping flows, and liquidity policies
Key lifecycle management: generation, storage, rotation, escrow, encrypted backup, recovery (key recovery / DR), and audited destruction, with segregation of duties and dual control
Design and execution of key ceremonies: seed material, m-of-n quorum, control of signing devices, and audited traceability
Transaction signing flows: approval policies, allow-lists, amount and velocity limits, and anti-double-signing controls
Technical knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and EVM chains, and notions of staking, tokenization (RWA), and stablecoins
Knowledge of institutional custody platforms and providers, with the judgment to evaluate and compare them
Integration via APIs, large-scale wallet management, and connection with transaction monitoring and AML systems
Experience in client projects: workshops, requirements gathering, and architecture presentation
Fluent communication in Spanish and English

Nice to have

Valuable: projects with regulatory or security audit requirements (certifications, due diligence, compliance)
Valuable: certifications such as CISSP or CCSP, or custody provider credentials
Valuable: experience in consulting or with clients in the financial sector

The role

At Experis, we are looking for an expert Technical Consultant in Digital Asset Custody (M/F/X) to lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of secure custody solutions for banks, asset managers, exchanges, and market infrastructures operating with crypto-assets and tokenized assets. This is a role bridging security architecture, blockchain engineering, and consulting, and you will be the technical lead for the project. Remote work.

What you'll do

Define the custody architecture and key management models for clients
Design and implement secure custody solutions for crypto-assets and tokenized assets
Analyze, compare, and select institutional custody providers
Integrate providers with the client's infrastructure: APIs, core systems, monitoring, and operational flows
Design and supervise key ceremonies and transaction signing policies
Lead workshops and present architectures to technical and business teams
Collaborate with the client's security, risk, compliance, and engineering teams
