Its production center in Garrotxa is undergoing a process of transformation and continuous improvement, aimed at increasing the efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of manufacturing processes through the incorporation of new technologies and digitalization.

In this context, they need to hire a PROCESS ENGINEER to actively participate in the design, optimization, and consolidation of production processes, leading continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization projects, and working transversally with the Industrialization, Production, and Maintenance teams to guarantee the quality, safety, and performance of the lines.

What you'll do

The main responsibilities of the selected person will focus on:

• Designing and optimizing assembly processes, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, safety, and robustness.

• Leading, together with Industrialization, the startup and consolidation of processes for new products and coordinating their validation tests.

• Driving continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization projects, applying Lean Manufacturing methodology.

• Analyzing incidents, identifying their root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve the performance of production lines.

• Defining and maintaining production procedures, instructions, and standards, and monitoring indicators such as OEE, scrap, and cycle times.

• Providing technical support to subcontracting, managing the relationship with suppliers, and guaranteeing the quality and standardization of processes.

How you'll work

• Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday, arrival between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and departure between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.; Friday departure at 3:00 p.m.

You are our ideal candidate if...

• You have a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or similar.

• You bring between 1 and 2 years of previous experience in similar functions within an industrial environment.

• You have a high level of Spanish and Catalan; English is valued.

• You have proactivity, technical leadership, analytical capacity, and an orientation toward continuous improvement in multidisciplinary environments.

• You have excellent communication, negotiation, and supplier or subcontractor management skills.

• You bring advanced knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen, industrial quality and safety regulations, and problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).

• You have experience in industrial automation, machine parameterization, and data analysis and process optimization tools, as well as proficiency in CREO.
